1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favourite items to your cart, and head to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience. We also offer Klarna monthly payment options.
3. Do you offer finance options?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Klarna. You can split your payment into manageable instalments at checkout—just select your preferred option and follow the instructions.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Once your order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
5. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes around 15 working days. Please allow 3 days for processing and packing before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
7. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free UK shipping. International Rates are calculated at checkout.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not update immediately. This is because our warehouse is located overseas, and tracking typically becomes active once the shipment reaches your country. You can expect tracking updates to appear around the second week of the delivery timeline.

9. What is your returns policy?
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s un-opened and in its original packaging. You will have to bare the cost of return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

We offer two sizes: a 2-seater and a 4-seater wagon cart, perfect for families, outings, or carrying essentials on the go.

Yes! Both the 2-seater and 4-seater models are designed with a foldable frame for easy storage and transport, making them perfect for on-the-go convenience.
14. Do the wagon carts come with any accessories?
Each wagon comes with a canopy for added sun protection. We’re also working on bringing you more accessories soon to enhance your experience!
15. Are the wheels suitable for all terrains?
Yes! Our wagon carts come with all-terrain wheels designed for smooth rides on grass, gravel, sand, and pavement.
16. Is assembly required?
Minimal assembly is required, and clear instructions are provided. Most customers can have their wagon ready in just a few minutes.
